A multiple-award winner, Hamilton has more than three decades of hospitality industry experience and is a champion of the farm-to-fork movement. Most recently Paul was the Executive Chef of Deckhouse and Woolwich function centre and was at the venue when awarded Wedding Caterer of the Year at the 2016, 2020 and 2023 Restaurant and Catering Awards.
